Get yourself checked: If the nosebleeds were serious, you may have lost enough blood to make you tired. You need to have your blood count checked. Also, headaches and nosebleeds are sometimes signs of high blood pressure. Or may be signs of sinus problems, which goes with asthma. Get yourself some otc ocean spray until you see the doctor.
