Allergies and Dryness of nasal mucosa are some of the commonest causes of nosebleeds. Things might have changed in one's living environment to create more allergens and dryness. Some foods, medications and OTC supplements which one might be using for the reported headaches might also contribute. A visit to the Allergist and then the ENT Consult ,if indicated might be where to start.
