Bulge: Most women describe a feeling like a bulge in their vagina. If your bladder has prolapsed, you can put your finger down and feel a ball-like structure poking out between your labia. Women also describe a pressure sensation. It's not dangerous save for the fact that sometimes puts you at increased risk for bladder infections. Yes it can definitely be fixed with pessary or surgery. See your md!

Prolpase: The sensation of something falling down in the vagina or of something falling out of the vagina is common with bladder prolapse. Sometimes the bladder must even be pushed back inside the vagina. Many women experience frequent bladder infections and the felling of incomplete voiding and urinary frequency when the bladder is prolpased.
