Need more info: It really depends on if it was your entire face, just one half or just part of one half of your face. Full facial numbness affecting both sides and without any other symptoms is not consistent with a stroke or most other neurologic conditions. Even with numbness in a stroke distribution Aspirin would not be expected to resolve the numbness and it may have been coincidental or the placebo affect.
