I have little white fleshed bumps going down a line on the inside of my labia majora near my minora. what is it? no pain, redness or anything.

Normal: It's normal to have a lot of bumpy looking tissue in the vagina and labial area. The bumps you describe could be your normal vaginal architecture, or it could also be an infection like hpv. At your next gyn exam, ask your doctor. Typically on visual inspection it's easy to tell the difference. I've definitely had women concerned about bumps that are normal architecture of the vagina.
