Vaginal sore ?'s: Whether you have had sexual intercourse or not ("virginal") insertion of fingers into the vaginal area can transmit viruses into the area, and herpes I or II is very communicable. See your gyn physician for an exam IgM/IgG tests to determine if herpes is the cause.
