I just used some cortizone (hydrocortisone) 10 otc steroid cream for a rash. i had forgotten i used it then rubbed regular scented lotion on top. is this ok?

Yes: No problem. As a rule of thumb, it is better to hold off applying another lotion or cream until 30 minutes have lapsed.
