Smoke exposure: Being in the area of wildfires exposes you to smoke -- even when indoors. Although you're somewhat protected there, the air inside your home comes from outside & contains some irritants. If your doctor can't optimize your medications so that you can be reasonably comfortable in your home, you may need to leave temporarily until the wildfires are contained. Please keep working with your doctor.

Get out: Staying indoor is helpful but not enough in a wild fire. Even air cleaner and air conditioning wouldn't do much in filtering out the smoke. Find a friend or relative to stay with until the smoke has cleared.
