Went for omt, told i had a lot of wear-tear and my right side is higher than my left side & spine is a bit off to one side. can someone explain better?

OMT terms: Many osteopaths will use lay terms to describe "somatic dysfunctions" which are essentially areas that have asymmetry and pain. Wear and tear= degenerative ie arthritis "higher and off to one side"= asymmetry.
