I recently had a smear done abd it came back adnormal cells and i have to go for a colopolscopy. wat does this mean? shud i be worried?

Pap Smears: Don't be worried but follow through with the recommendations of your physician. There are stages of changes in the cells from the cervix that can predict risk for getting cancer. They are going to just make sure there is nothing worse and to zap or treat anything that can be treated to prevent this from progressing. Also you need the hpv vaccine urgently if you have not already had this.
