Get it evaluated now: I reviewed your pics. The one thing i can say is that the problem needs to be evaluated. The pictures are not sufficient to offer a definitive opinion but have the issue evaluated asap.

You need to be : Examined in person to find out what is going on. What is the neuropathy secondary to? Are you diabetic? Is the etiology known? I would likely biopsy one of the bumps...... Is the neuropathy causing your pain? Or something else?

Have it evaluated.: If you have "unbearable foot pain" you should have it looked at. Have it evaluated and get the appropriate treatment.
