Not normal: And may or may not be related to anemia and the anemia you were diagnosed with may not really be due to iron deficiency. You should see a hematologist and get this worked out, or begin with a good primary care physician and they may refer you elsewhere as needed.

Anemia: You should go to an er and have your blood count checked. You had iron deficiency anemia in the past. Was its cause that you had some loss of blood from your GI tract? Due to your severe fatigue, worsening anemia needs to considered and treated if present. Good luck.

Unrelated. : While none of the symptoms you describe are normal, they have no relationship to missing a couple doses of fe. As you say, you have an fe deficiency anemia but have not had symptoms. As such, you cane to your anemia slowly and are correcting it slowly with oral fe. Missing two doses of oral fe in the context of slow correction would not be noticable or create symptoms.
