Maybe: You should see a doctor for a comprehensive evaluation. If the lymph nodes have been there for more than about 6 weeks, or are enlarging, 1 may need to be biopsied to find out what the problem is.

Possibly: These symptoms are suggestive of an underlying disorder that could include a blood cancer. I would make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. This may require a biopsy of the neck mass.

Possibly serious: A young individual could rarely, at worst, have a cancer in the lymph system and bone marrow causing these symptoms. Fatigue, dizziness, and headache have many causes, and anemia is one; another which also causes lymph nodes to swell, is an infection such as mono or other virus. Depending on how chronic symptoms are, this is far more likely.
