Miscarriage: Nope. Their exam did not cause a miscarriage. Your spotting is an indication that you were or had begun to miscarry. In reality, most pregnancies miscarry. But, most pregnancy miscarriages are thought just to be heavy periods since many females do not realize they are pregnant. The statistics are amazing. So, even though this is your first it is not abnormal to miscarry.
