I am having worst condition of acne, on my chin i have nodules that never matures, nor form a proper pimple or acne? any recommendations?

Acne: The best treatment for your type of acne is oral antibiotics like solodyn (minocycline) or monodox. If antibiotics are not helpful, there is also accutane. 80% of patients who take Accutane never have acne again.
