Stomach Noise: It is most likely related to your diet. Make sure you are eating a well-balanced diet. Avoid foods that tend to upset your stomach or cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation or heartburn. If symptoms persist, see your primary care physician.

Stomach growling: The less you concern yourself with it, the less it will happen. Try not to care and it will happen less. The first time it happened could have been that you were actually hungry, but it caused some embarrassment. So here's the progression: fear of embarrassment>brain detects danger>fight or flight>gi tract becomes active to try to eliminate excess weight>stomach growling>embarrassment>danger>etc..
