I have some chronic sinus issue and occasionally have cold sore following it. this time, i have a pain in my eye and i wonder if it's ocular herpes?

Sinuses: Sinus congestion can causes periorbital pain. Without obvious skin lesions, it is unlikely to be a herpetic infection. You need to see an allergist to help you with your symptoms.
