Depends. : Depends on the cause. Cme can result most commonly after cataract surgery but can also occur as a result of diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, exidative macular degeneration, uveitis, and retinitis pigmentosa. Lots of great treatments for any of these causes.
