Needs Evaluation: Symptoms like these can be signs of more serious problems. Could be coming from gi, heart or lung. If heart or lung in origin, this could be serious. You can expect to have a chest x-ray, ekg and blood tests (labs) in addition to a thorough history and examination. Don't delay.
