Sleep Specialist: One possibility is a condition called restless leg syndrome. An overnight sleep test can determine this and/or other conditions that may be at play.

Bruising: see a doctor for some basic blood tests to make sure you are OK. Get at least a cbc, PT/PTT, iron level and a CMP.
