Most of these that are not knocked out with the fall,have no other symptoms can be monitored at home.They can be allowed to sleep or nap on their regular schedule, but check with a flashlight while they rest.A single spit up or headache is common.If there is any change in personality, repeated vomiting, etc. take her in at once. If the bruising worries you go in.
