Hydrate: Keep yourself well hydrated. Fevers are caused by your body releasing interleukins and interferons during an infection. Its also your bodies way of combating infection. Even several degrees higher than normal body temperature make bacteria and virus replication drop dramatically...So fever isn't a bad thing at all unless its very very high (>104).
