Mono: You cannot get mono from sharing a blanket. You can get it from sharing saliva particles. Living in the same house does increase your risk as you are more likely to share things like cups, etc. Here is more info on mono: http://www.Cdc.Gov/ncidod/diseases/ebv.Htm.
