A member asked:

What to do if i have myclonic epilepsy, can i use a sun bed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe risky: If you are covered in a sun bed, and suffer sudden myoclonic jerks, you could get burned by contact with the lighting devices. If well controlled by a medication which is unlikely to cause solar hypersensitivity, perhaps it might be ok. But you live in la, why not get exposure to the real solar rays?
