Im 20 with myoclonic epilepsy and pnes. ive been having episodes that result in false memories. during episodes time stops, my vision flickers, i see things, like people who werent there. is it possible for either condition to cause this?

Your epilepsy may be more than just Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy and could have evolved into episodes of Complex Partial Seizures. Since there are now multiple choices for anti-epileptic drugs, would suggest you discuss these symptoms with your neurologist and modify your medications. Satisfactory control can readily be achieved. Be proactive.
