What is certain cure of myclonic epilepsy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Control, not cure: Most common variety is juvenile myoclonic epilepsy which does respond to several anti-epileptic meds, including depakote, keppra, maybe lamictal, maybe topamax, likely lyrica, probably vimpat, (lacosamide) and likely Potiga (but too new).. Older drugs such as dilantin, tegretol, Trileptal make it worse!
