Poor ergonomics like a bad chair or workspace arrangement can be fixed-it's harder to change job duties. You need to see a dr. For evaluation to determine what the next step is if simple over-the-counter meds don't help, pt, stronger nsaids, muscle relaxants might. You need eval.

Increasing Pain: Anytime one has worsening pain, it need to be evaluated by a physician. Generally speaking, conservative therapy which entails stretching and strengthening is the usual treatment. Good luck!
