A member asked:

Is there a way to find out why did i get dizzy/have ringing in my ears after getting blood drawn today?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vasovagal reaction: It is pretty common occurrence after or during blood draws for patients to feel lightheaded, and the dizziness and ringing in the ears occur due to a brief drop in blood pressure, and slowing of heart rate that can occur when people get blood drawn (among many many other triggers).
