Small size and soft: Start with small bites and softer foods, gradually increasing size and texture and firmness of the food. In a relatively short time, you should be back to normal, with the exception of the very hard and crunchy foods.

Slowly: You cannot eat food with your braces. You can eat food when you have braces on your teeth. Start with smaller pieces and try to eat slowly. Realize that this is a learning process and go slowly. Everyone does this and you can also manage it. Keep away from very sticky and soft foods as the will stick to everything.
