Orthodontist: By discussing with an orthodontist you can see what they could do and if it is something you would find valuable to your health and/or your appearance.

Ask orthodontist: Ask your dentist to refer you to an orthodontic specialist for an initial examination (usually complimentary or low cost). The orthodontist will do a clinical examination and give you an opinion including whether or not orthodontic care is advisable, and if so how what would be the best care system for you. Everyone's different. See a pro for a consultation.
