Variable diagnosis: Cerebral palsy is a disorder of movement or posture related to brain injury that occurred some time in the developmental period.(pregnancy to age 3y) it implys a permanent but stable process, where new injury or deterioration is not expected. There are associations with seizures or learning problems. Adults with mild CP have relatively normal lives.

Non progressive: cerebral palsy is a non progressive condition. You should not expect yoiur current condition to deteriorate from a nervous system standpint. However, since you have been recently diagnosed, I expect you have some orthopedic issues, they may become a bit more problematic. I would see a physical medicine specialist for an evaluation.
