Time for a visit: A certain amount of clumsiness is common in early childhood.However, if it is enough to raise your concern it is enough to raise it as a specific issue with your pcp/peds. An evaluation at an early childhood center with a physical therapist and or ot may reveal or exclude delays or suggest such a label.
