Can this dark skin birthmark on my face be removed?

Time for consultatn: A visit wit a dermatologist can help determine whether a given birth mark can be removed. Some can be lightened with laser treatment while with some, no method short of surgical removal would help, and the scar left after the procedure would make that unwise.
