What are the main symptoms of chilblains?

Redness, itching: Redness, itching, blisters, and inflammation. Chillblains (also called pernio) are caused by exposure to cold and humidity. In extreme cases the skin can break down and ulcerate. Treat it by warming your feet.

Itching red areas: Itchy red areas on hands and feet. Can involve burning, blistering, swelling, changing of color from red to dark blue accompanied by pain, possible ulceration.
