Fruits and vegetable: Natural fruits and vegetables are not high in simple sugars. Many of the processed foods we buy have sugar in them. It may be disguised as natural evaporated cane juice or high fructose corn syrup- but sugar is sugar. I suggest buying less processed foods and eating more whole foods.
