Healthy food: You could help yourself a lot by cutting out the addictive sugars, refined carbohydrates like baked goods and most processed foods. If you stick to healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, fish, poultry, eggs, cultured dairy products like yogurt it will be much easier to avoid bingeing. Since your overeating may have an emotional component, see a psychotherapist.
