How harmful for your health is occasional smoking and binge drinking?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not good: Depends on how occasional and how severe the smoking and drinking are. If you are drinking alcohol to the point of blacking out or losing motor control, this is dangerous. Smoking has clear adverse effects on the heart, lungs and other organs.
