Not able to compare: Is it better to eat rat poison or insecticide? Cannabis & alcohol can adversely effect health. Both can also have limited positive effects on health. Really can't make that comparison. One person could develop psychosis off of cannabis while another simply feels good from it's effects. Alcohol is also a relative issue.
