Routine Care: Dentures are not something that should automatically be expected. If you perform good oral hygiene at home through brushing 3x a day, flossing after meals, using a good oral rinse, seeing your dentist at least every 6 months, and having all recommended dental work performed to maintain your teeth, you should be able to avoid dentures.

Absolutely: Practical and simple: 1. Brush and floss properly after meals. 2. Rinse when you can't brush\floss. 3. Avoid sweets and other foods\liquids that promote tooth decay & gum disease. 4. Get regular dental checkups and cleanings every 6 months. 5. Follow recommended necessary dental treatment suggested by your dentist. 6. Adhere to all 5 previous recommendations conscientiously.
