Too little info: If these symptoms are only few days duration it is not likely serious. If several weeks duration it could be significant and seeing your doctor is important. Associated weight loss or recurrent drenching sweats at night would be concerning.

Recurrent fevers: Fever is a temp >101.5f / 38.3c. If you're having recurrent fevers, you need a workup. The basic start is a good physical exam to direct workup, review of your medications for possible drug fevers, blood counts & chemistries, chest xray, urine analysis (if abnl a culture), blood cultures. If any of point to a source, further directed eval; no source further eval including TB test, hiv, ct.....
