Could be multiple: Could be multiple things. Could just be a virus or a stomach ulcer or more. Would need further work up by your physician to be certain.

Go see your doctor: Not sure what you mean by "bathroom issuers" but "stomach" pain associated w/solids & liquids could be due to gastritis or ulcer. Low back pain might be coincidental. However, back pain is also linked to kidney infection which could make you nauseated & cause abdominal pain ("stomach" region is rather vague as stomach is really an organ while "abdomen" refers to all that area below ribcage).
