I take a lithium/paxil combo in the am, it makes me exhausted. but at bedtime i take lithium and it keeps me awake. is this possible. 300mg. 2x/ d?

Its always possible: Each person has differing side effects from each medications. Some medications that exhaust some make others tired and vice versa. If one medication makes you tired then take it before bedtime, if another medication makes you stay awake then take it during the day. Change the times you take them based on how you react to them. Discuss medication changes with your physician.
