Differences: Most water from the body is lost by perspiration and breathing out, called 'insensible loss', and that occurs through the night. So in the morning, the water from the previous day gone. Same for weight of food, weight from food during the day, but by morning , its been burned off mostly. Metabolism highest during the morning, b more calories bladder & bowel evacuation upon rising in the morning.
