All of them: If you have unprotected sex (any kind, oral, vaginal, anal, whatever), you can get any & all sexually transmitted diseases from your partner. That's why we always recommend safer sex eg wear a condom (even tho you're taking bcp). Complex: If there is no ejaculation and semen containing virus does not hit the tonsils or posterior pharynx HIV transmission is not likely. Herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia and other organisms can be present in pre-ejaculatory secretions, and are often killed by enzymes in saliva, but perhaps not. If there is any question in your mind, get tested and use condoms in the future. Good luck.
