Im wondering if i have an std, my ejaculate is thick and sorta yellowish white, ive also noticed a build up of what im guessing is smegma? but im unsure. i dont really feel any pain but i have noticed the foreskin/head can sometimes be itchy?

Color and thickness of ejaculate can vary depending on many things. Smegma is a whitish secretion which collects under the foreskin and can irritate the area. wash daily with soap and water. You do not seem to have an STD which is acquired thru sexual intercourse.
