If you have symptoms: If you are having pain when you urinate or urinating frequently then this may mean you have an infection. If you do not have symptoms it may just mean that you are not drinking enough water. Try getting rid of caffeine and sodas and drinking more water.

It could be : a sign of a urinary tract infection, especially if you have any burning sensation, increase in urination/frequency or pain over your bladder when pushing on it. You should see a doctor and have your urine checked if you have any of these symptoms.

Infection, bleeding: Cloudy urine is caused by small particles that block the passage of light, the most innocuous cause would be the precipitation of amorphous salts, usually phosphates, this usually happens when the urine cools prior to testing. Serious causes such as infection, or bleeding need evaluation.
A urinalysis and discussion with your doctor should clear this up.
