There is also: Possibility of acephalgic migraine. It could also be a being form of hypnagogic hallucination. This is usually of little consequence, but observation of further narcolepsy symptoms is warranted.

No: Micropsia may be caused by other than migraines. Ophthalmic migraines have visual scintillating scotomas, not micropsia normally. The patient needs a complete Ophthalmic exam to determine the cause of micropsia. A workup may be needed based on exam.
