Serratus anterior ms: Pain in the shoulder blade region from wearing a backpack likely due to those muscles that stabilize the shoulder girdles exposed to posterior pull on shoulder by force of a back pack. Interestingly, the back pack force which arouses pain is the exact exercise force useful to instill muscle development to discount future painful muscle spasm. Go low and go slow as they say.
