Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You seem to be underweight, if you lost weight without trying, it warrants an investigation, You may take acetaminophen for pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
