This maybe a sign of: Allergic reaction to salmon. Be careful not to eat salmon next time because it can lead to angioedema - swelling of your throat and airways that can choke you. Mentiin this to your dr so he can prescribe epipen (epinephrine). Take care!

Sentivity: It may be contact dermatitis from any preservatives or any chemical in contact with the fish. May use topical steroids and oral benadryl (diphenhydramine).
